Themen rund um Software Escrow nehmen breiteren Raum ein

Die "Organisation pro Software Escrow e.V." (OSE), ist im Herbst und über den Jahreswechsel 2008/2009 auf zwei Veranstaltungen aktiv: Auf dem im Rahmen der SYSTEMS stattfindenden Bayerischen IT Rechtstag und auf dem alljährlichen OSE Symposium im Januar 2009.

Die Münchener IT-Messe SYSTEMS wird seit Jahren begleitet vom Bayerischen IT-Rechtstag. Dass dort auch das Thema Investitionsschutz von Software von Interesse ist, versteht sich von selbst. Prof. Lehmann vom Münchener Max-Planck-Institut und ebenfalls aktiv bei OSE, wird den letzten Vortrag des Tages halten, bevor es zu der von der OSE ausgerichteten Abendveranstaltung geht.

Am 30.Januar 2009 wird OSE ihr jährliches Symposium abhalten.
