BEA Systems ernannte John P. Guibileo zum Senior Vice President Product Operations und Dr. Annie Shum zum Vice President Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Strategy. Guibileo ist für die BEA Produktentwicklung und das Management serviceorientierter und operativer Funktionen während der gesamten Produktentwicklung verantwortlich. Shum wird für die Definition und Vermittlung der SOA-Strategie für die AquaLogic-Produktlinie zuständig sein. Guibileo kommt von Computer Associates. Dort war er als Vice President für die Strategie sowie für die Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich eTrust R&D verantwortlich. Zuvor bekleidete Guibileo Führungspositionen bei Sprint Corporations, Ernst & Young und LLP.
