Starke Nachfrage: Werk Eisenach baut 11.000 Corsa zusätzlich

Das Opel-Werk im thüringischen Eisenach wird aufgrund der starken Nachfrage in diesem Jahr 11.000 Corsa mehr bauen als bislang geplant. Bei voller Auslastung hatte Opel 2007 in Eisenach 182.000 Corsa produziert. Zur weiteren Erhöhung des Produktions-volumens haben Werksleitung und Arbeitnehmervertretung jetzt Extraschichten und verkürzte Werksferien vereinbart. "Damit entsprechen wir dem Wunsch unserer Kunden nach kurzen Lieferfristen", sagte Opel-Chef Hans Demant. Das Werk Eisenach baut den Corsa in vielfältigen Motor- und Ausstattungsvarianten. Darunter ist der neue Corsa EcoFLEX 1.3CDTi, der mit einem CO2-Ausstoß von 119 Gramm pro Kilometer einen besonders niedrigen CO2-Emissionswert aufweist.
