Für das schnellere Video-Encoding nutzt MediaShow Espresso von CyberLink GPUs und die CUDA-Technologie von NVIDIA. MediaShow Espresso ist eine einfach zu bedienende Software-Applikation, mit der digitale Videos für unterschiedlichste portable Endgeräte wie iPod, iPhone oder PSP konvertiert werden können - mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und ausgezeichneter Qualität.

Basis für die Beschleunigung des Video-Encodings mit MediaShow Espresso ist die massiv-parallele Rechenpower der NVIDIA-CUDA-Architektur, die Bestandteil aller aktuellen NVIDIA-GPUs ist.
