NOXXON Pharma gibt Sicherung einer weiteren Finanzierung bekannt

NOXXON Pharma N.V. (EuroNext Growth Paris: ALNOX), ein Biotechnologieunternehmen mit Fokus auf der Verbesserung von Krebstherapien durch eine gezielte Einwirkung auf die Tumormikroumgebung (TME), gab heute bekannt, dass es eine weitere Finanzierung von bestehenden Investoren in Form einer Wandelanleihe gesichert hat, die in ALNOX-Aktien gewandelt werden entweder zu den Konditionen einer zukünftigen Eigenkapital-Finanzierungsrunde oder beginnend ab dem 01. Oktober 2018 auf Anforderung der Investoren zum Marktpreis, der vierteljährlich auf den volumengewichteten Durchschnittskurs von zehn Handelstagen neu bestimmt wird.
