Bereits zum 1. Mai 2013 wurde die ALTO Deutschland GmbH gesellschaftsrechtlich in die Nilfisk-Advance GmbH mit Sitz in Memmingen umfirmiert. Nun folgte die deutsche Dachorganisation Nilfisk-Advance AG, welche zum 29. Juli ebenfalls in die neue Gesellschaft überführt wurde. "Durch diese Verschmelzung sind wir in der Lage, alle Geschäftsprozesse rund um Beschaffung, Logistik, Produktion, Service & Support sowie Finanzen und Vertrieb zu vereinheitlichen und konsequent zu verbessern. So bleiben wir auch in Zukunft 'die bevorzugte Wahl unserer Kunden' ", so Dr. Reinhard Mann, Geschäftsführer der Nilfisk-Advance GmbH.
