Nexthink, führender Anbieter von Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management-Software, präsentierte heute die Ergebnisse aus dem 2021 Digital Employee Experience Career Capital Report, einer unabhängigen Studie von Vanson Bourne zu Karrieren in der IT.

Die internationale Umfrage ergab, dass sich DEX mehr und mehr als eigene IT-Disziplin etabliert. Mehr als ein Drittel (35%) der Befragten gab an, dass der Anteil an DEX-fokussierten IT-Rollen im Jahr 2020 deutlich gestiegen ist. Knapp die Hälfte (46%) beobachtete immerhin eine leichte Zunahme, lediglich zwei Prozent einen geringfügigen Rückgang. Für Deutschland sahen 23 Prozent einen deutlichen und 56 Prozent einen leichten Anstieg in 2020.
