Die Verantwortlichen der Next.e.GO Mobile SE (“e.GO”),innovativer Hersteller von batteriebetriebenen Elektrofahrzeugen für den urbanen Raum, erwarten die anstehende Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens durch das zuständige Amtsgericht zum 1. Mai 2024.

Um Lösungen für das Fortbestehen der Next.e.GO Mobile SE zu finden, werden derzeit Gespräche mit internationalen Interessenten geführt. In Abstimmung mit allen wesentlichen Verfahrensbeteiligten wird der Investorenprozess auch nach der anstehenden Insolvenzeröffnung fortgeführt.

Der vorläufige Insolvenzverwalter und die Geschäftsleitung haben die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter heute Nachmittag über den aktuellen Stand und das weitere Vorgehen informiert.
