Schutz bei Starkregen: wirksame Maßnahmen gegen Kellerüberflutung

Vor allem im Sommerhalbjahr besteht eine erhöhte Gefahr von Unwettern mit starken Niederschlägen und Überschwemmungen, warnt der Deutsche Wetterdienst. Bei Starkregen kann es zu Rückstau im Kanalnetz kommen. Wasser kann durch ungesicherte Entwässerungseinrichtungen unterhalb der Straßenoberfläche (Rückstauebene) in die Keller eindringen. Das Regenwasser von überfluteten Straßen kann auch durch Hauseingänge, Kellerfenster und Lichtschächte eindringen. Damit es nicht zu erheblichen Schäden am Eigenheim kommt, haben die Fachleute der NEW alle wichtigen Informationen in zwei Broschüren „Schutz vor Rückstau" und „Starkregen-Ereignisse!" zusammengefasst.
