Konstituierende Aufsichtsratssitzung der NVV mobil und aktiv

Am gestrigen Tag kam der Aufsichtsrat der NVV mobil und aktiv zu seiner konstituierenden Sitzung zusammen. In dieser künftig aus der NVV AG ausgegliederten neuen Gesellschaft werden die ÖPNV und Bäder Aktivitäten als Tochtergesellschaft der ebenfalls neu gegründeten Kommunalholding Niederrhein GmbH gebündelt. Die EMG Entwässerung Mönchengladbach GmbH und weitere Beteiligungen mit kommunalen Aufgaben werden als Beteiligungsgesellschaften der NVV mobil und aktiv zugeordnet.

In der Sitzung wurde Fr. Nicole Finger als Vorsitzende, als 1. stellvertretender Vorsitzender Herr Erich Oberem und als 2. stellvertretender Vorsitzender Herr Michael Jans gewählt. Das Gremium hat 18 Mitglieder, davon 6 Mitglieder aus der Arbeitnehmerschaft.
