Hauptversammlung wählt drei zusätzliche Mitglieder – Breite Zustimmung zu allen Tagesordnungspunkten

Die Nanogate AG (ISIN DE000A0JKHC9) erweitert ihren Aufsichtsrat. Mit großer Mehrheit hat heute die Hauptversammlung drei zusätzliche Mitglieder gewählt. Damit umfasst der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft künftig sechs Vertreter. Allen weiteren Beschlussvorschlägen hat die Hauptversammlung ebenfalls zugestimmt. Die Präsenz betrug 71,58 Prozent des Grundkapitals.

Mit den heutigen Wahlen zum Aufsichtsrat sind Dr. Clemens M. Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats ist unverändert Oliver Schumann. Weitere Mitglieder sind Dr. Farsin Yadegardjam als stellvertretender Vorsitzender und Hartmut Gottschild.
