Das NanoBioNet e. V., das deutschlandweit größte Kompetenznetzwerk im Bereich Nanotechnologie, und das Nano + Bio Center der TU Kaiserslautern boten zu diesem Themenkomplex ein Weiterbildungsseminar an der TU vor wenigen Tagen an. Im Seminar erfuhren die insgesamt zwölf Teilnehmer in Vorträgen und durch eigene Versuche im Reinraum, wie durch fotolithografische Verfahren und durch das Trockenätzen Silizium-Bauelemente für elektronische und mikromechanische Anwendungen hergestellt und strukturiert werden können.
