Für Kaffeegenießer ist es das bekannte Zischen und Knistern, wenn die Verpackung aufgestochen wird. Von innen strömt der Kaffeeduft hervor und es glitzert nach Aluminium. Das Glitzern kann demnächst der Vergangenheit angehören. Denn der italienische Marktführer Di Mauro, Vertragspartner der Verkaufsagentur für Verpackungsfolien Nabenhauer Verpackungen, Dietmannsried, hat eine neue Verbundfolie für gemahlenen, vakuumverpackten Kaffee entwickelt. Dabei wird die Aluminiumschicht durch eine Hochbarriereschicht ersetzt. Durch diese veränderte Struktur ist eine Rissbildung, wie es bei der Aluminium-Schicht vorkommt, nicht mehr möglich. Löcher, die ein Entweichen des Aromas, können nicht mehr entstehen.
