Der Aufsichtsrat der N-ERGIE Aktiengesellschaft hat in einer Sondersitzung am Freitag, den 19.02.2010, Herrn Dr. Thomas Unnerstall ab 01.07.2010 zum Mitglied des Vorstands der Gesellschaft berufen.

Herr Dr. Unnerstall wird das bisherige Ressort Markt übernehmen und ist damit insbesondere für die Bereiche Energiewirtschaft, Markenführung, Energie- und Wasservertrieb zuständig, sowie als betreuender Vorstand für die GeneraTec GmbH, die TurboTec GmbH sowie die CentraPlus GmbH. Diese Funktionen wurden seit Mitte letzten Jahres vertretungsweise durch die anderen Vorstandsmitglieder wahrgenommen.

Herr Dr. Unnerstall, geboren 1960 in Melle bei Osnabrück ist seit Februar 2002 Geschäftsführer der Stadtwerke Karlsruhe GmbH, dort ebenfalls zuständig für die Bereiche
