Myriad Group AG Announces Board Share Purchases

Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces that following the successful conclusion of the Rights Issue announced yesterday, members of Myriad’s Board of Directors have purchased 195,000 shares at a price of CHF 0.50 per share. This represents a sign of their commitment to the Company and belief in its future success.

Erik Hansen, Chairman of the Board of Myriad Group, commented: “I am delighted to be able to announce that members of the Board have chosen to personally invest in the Company. This is a clear indication of their commitment and support for our strategic plans. ”
