fluxx.com führt Bezugsrechtskapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlage durch

Der Vorstand der fluxx.com Aktiengesellschaft, Kiel, hat mit Zustimmung des
Aufsichtsrats die Durchführung einer Barkapitalerhöhung beschlossen. Das
Grundkapital wird demnach um bis zu 537.762 Euro erhöht. Den Aktionären wird
dabei ein mittelbares Bezugsrecht eingeräumt. Entsprechend dem beschlossenen
Bezugsverhältnis kann für jeweils elf alte fluxx.com-Aktien eine neue
fluxx.com-Aktie zum Bezugspreis von 2,60 Euro je Aktie bezogen werden. Die
neuen Aktien sind ab dem 01.01.2004 gewinnberechtigt.

Mit dem zu erwartenden Liquiditätszufluss in Höhe von rund 1,4 Mio. Euro
wird die fluxx.com AG den Vertrieb von Lotto- und Wettprodukten ausweiten,
den Bestand an Tippgemeinschaftsverträgen erhöhen und somit ihre
Marktstellung weiter stärken.

Zur Zeichnung und Übernahme der neuen Aktien wird die VEM Aktienbank,
