Den wachsenden Anforderungen von Fertigungsunternehmen gerecht werdend, hat die MPDV Mikrolab GmbH ihr Fertigungsmanagementsystem HYDRA mit einer Reihe neuer MES-Funktionen ausgestattet. Die HYDRA-MES-Funktionen sind das geeignete Werkzeug, einen nahtlosen, automatisierten Datenfluss zwischen der Fertigungs- und der Management-Ebene mit ihren ERP- bzw. Logistiksystemen zu schaffen und für die oft vermisste Transparenz über alle Fertigungsprozesse hinweg zu sorgen. Hinzu kommen Feinplanungsmodule, die eine zeitnahe Fertigungssteuerung auf der Basis von aktuell erfassten und verarbeiteten Istdaten unterstützen.
