Die VMK-Züge von Movecat (Vertrieb: Think Abele, Nufringen) nach BGV C1 zeichnen sich durch eine innovative Ausstattung und eine besonders flexible Handhabung bei höchstem Sicherheitsanspruch aus. So kontrolliert etwa ein Thermosensor ständig die Motorbetriebstemperatur. Eine Rutschkupplung als Überlastsicherung ist bei den VMK-Zügen nicht erforderlich. Damit ist ein durchgehender Kraft- und Formschluss ohne Unterbrechung zwischen Motor und Last zu jeglichem Zeitpunkt gewährleistet.

Bei den VMK-Zügen kommt ein hochauflösender 2-kanaliger Inkrementalgeber zum Einsatz, der eine exakte Positionierung von besser als +/- 1 mm (in Verbindung mit V-Motion) und somit präzise Zielfahrten mit höchster Wiederholgenauigkeit ermöglicht. Zum Schutz vor Überlast- und Unterlastfällen ist
