Die MorphoSys AG (Frankfurt: MOR; Prime Standard Segment, TecDAX) gab heute bekannt, dass der Verkauf seiner Forschungsantikörper- und Diagnostik-Sparte AbD Serotec an Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO und BIOb) abgeschlossen wurde. Alle Vermögenswerte und Verbindlichkeiten des AbD Serotec-Segments der MorphoSys AG sowie alle Anteile der Tochtergesellschaften MorphoSys UK Ltd., MorphoSys AbD GmbH und MorphoSys US, Inc. wurden an Bio-Rad übertragen.
