MorphoSys und Shionogi verlängern Forschungskooperation um drei weitere Jahre

Die MorphoSys AG (Frankfurt: MOR; Prime Standard Segment, TecDAX) gab heute bekannt, dass die bestehende Lizenzvereinbarung mit dem japanischen Pharmakonzern Shionogi & Co., Ltd., Osaka, Japan, verlängert wurde. Der erweiterte Vertrag, der in den Zuständigkeitsbereich der MorphoSys-Geschäftseinheit AbD Serotec fällt, umfasst den Einsatz der HuCAL-Antikörperbibliothek von MorphoSys und zusätzlicher firmeneigener Technologiemodule in der medizinischen Forschung für drei weitere Jahre. Im Rahmen des Vertrags hat Shionogi an einem seiner Standorte zu Forschungszwecken Zugang zur patentgeschützten Antikörperbibliothek HuCAL PLATINUM. MorphoSys erhält von Shionogi für den Zugang zu seinen Technologien jährliche Nutzungsgebühren. Weitere finanzielle Einzelheiten wurden nicht bekannt gegeben.
