Das Berliner Biotech-Unternehmen MOLOGEN gab heute bekannt, dass es gelungen ist, den Produktionsmaßstab für den Wirkstoff dSLIM® deutlich zu erweitern. Die Produktionsmenge liegt nunmehr im Gramm-Bereich und damit um den Faktor 25 höher als zuvor. Gleichzeitig gelang es, die Kosten um etwa 75 Prozent zu senken.

Dieser Erfolg ermöglicht es MOLOGEN, für alle zukünftigen klinischen Studien dSLIM® in GMP- Qualität und in ausreichender Menge bereit zu stellen. Aufgrund der bisher gesammelten Erfahrungen bestehen für eine weitere Erhöhung des Produktionsmaßstabes und der Optimierung der Synthese von dSLIM® keine produktionstechnischen Hürden.
