Die FERI AG, eine hundertprozentige Tochter der MLP AG, stärkt ihre Aktivitäten in der Schweiz. Dazu hat sich das Unternehmen mit den Inhabern der Michel & Cortesi Asset Management AG auf einen Kauf der Gesellschaft geeinigt. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Die Michel & Cortesi Asset Management AG ist ein unabhängiger Anbieter von Investment-Lösungen auf dem Schweizer Markt. Schwerpunkte bilden das Portfolio-Management sowie die Beratung von institutionellen und privaten Kunden. Das verwaltete Vermögen beläuft sich auf rund 250 Mio. Euro. Nach Abschluss der Transaktion und Vorliegen aller notwendigen Genehmigungen der Aufsichtsbehörden ist ein Zusammenschluss der Gesellschaft mit der FERI Lbdqn ZT (Uexucat) bbrfsaf.
