Nettogewinn plus 53 Prozent / Betriebsergebnis plus 58 Prozent

Im abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahr 2011 (April 2011 bis März 2012) konnte die Mitsubishi Motors Corporation seine Verkäufe weltweit um ein Prozent auf 1.001.000 Fahrzeuge steigern. Gleichzeitig hat das Unternehmen seinen Nettogewinn um 53 Prozent auf 23,9 Milliarden Yen erhöht. In Europa wurden 218.000 Fahrzeuge abgesetzt, was exakt der Anzahl des vorherigen Fiskaljahres 2010 entspricht. Die größten Märkte für Mitsubishi Motors waren wiederum Asien und Südamerika.

Für das Fiskaljahr 2012 geht Mitsubishi Motors von einer 9-prozentigen Steigerung der Verkäufe auf rund 1,1 Millionen Einheiten aus.

Betriebsergebnis: 63,7 billion Yen (+ 58%)
