Personelle Änderungen im Verwaltungsrat

Johann N. Schneider-Ammann tritt aus Verwaltungsrat zurück, Heinrich Spoerry wird neuer Verwaltungsratspräsident der Mikron. Die Ammann Group Holding AG wird die Beteiligung an Mikron unverändert beibehalten.

Nachdem Johann N. Schneider-Ammann am 22. September 2010 durch die Vereinigte Bundesversammlung zum Bundesrat gewählt wurde, wird er am 26. Oktober 2010 als Präsident und Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Mikron Holding AG zurücktreten. Neuer Präsident des Verwaltungsrats wird Herr Heinrich Spoerry. Er ist seit 2001 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Mikron.

Die Zusammensetzung der Investorengruppe, die im Jahr 2003 unter der Führung von Johann N. Schneider-Ammann gebildet wurde und Mikron vor dem drohenden Konkurs rettete, nvtqru cvhalhdfixd.
