The Annual General Meeting approved the following items: the 2009 annual report, the 2009 annual financial statements of Mikron Holding AG, the 2009 annual financial statements of the Mikron Group, carrying forward the balance sheet profit of CHF 31 million to the new accounts and the granting of discharge of the members of the Board of Directors and Group Management.
