MIFA erwirbt wesentliche Assets des Premiumherstellers Steppenwolf

Die MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG (WKN A0B95Y, ISIN DE000A0B95Y8) übernimmt gemäß einem heute abgeschlossenen Kaufvertrag per 21. August 2012 die wesentlichen Vermögenswerte der Steppenwolf Bikes GmbH sowie Markenrechte der Steppenwolf GmbH. Die Marke Steppenwolf steht seit 1995 für hochwertige sportliche Fahrräder im gehobenen Preissegment. Die Räder werden ausschließlich in Deutschland produziert und über den qualifizierten Fachhandel angeboten. Der Münchner Fahrradhersteller hatte am 26. Juli 2012 Insolvenz angemeldet, das entsprechende Verfahren wurde am 21. August 2012 eröffnet. Seitdem steht Steppenwolf unter Verwaltung von Oliver Schartl, München.
