Füllhöhenmessung in Öltemperatursensoren

Mit Öltemperatursensoren (OTS) wird die Motortemperatur von Fahrzeugen überwacht. Die Sensoren müssen absolut zuverlässig und fehlerfrei funktionieren, um eine Überhitzung des Motors und damit dessen Beschädigung zu verhindern. Zur präzisen Füllhöhenmessung bei der Fertigung von Öltemperatursensoren werden Laser-Triangulationssensoren von Micro-Epsilon eingesetzt.

Die optoNCDT Sensoren von Micro-Epsilon bieten eine optimale Kombination aus großem Messbereich bei gleichzeitig großem Messabstand. Des Weiteren lassen sie sich einfache montieren und in Betrieb nehmen.

Die Sensoren prüfen innerhalb der Produktionslinie den Füllstand von Öltemperatursensoren. Das Öl muss hier einen Füllstand von 5 mm aufweisen, jedoch keinesfalls weniger als 4 mm.
