Die Closed-Loop-Schrittmotor-Steuerung TMCM-1311 vereint höchste Dynamik mit geringem Stromverbrauch. Durch den geschlossenen Regelkreis werden die Vorteile eines Schrittmotorantriebs mit denen eines Servo vereint. Probleme durch Schrittverluste oder Motorüberhitzung werden so ausgeschlossen. Auch eine Drehmomentregelung ist möglich. Ein neu entwickeltes Verfahren optimiert sowohl Dynamik als auch Energieeffizienz. Die Einheit kann einen Schrittmotor mit bis zu 3A bei nominal 48V Versorgung betreiben. Höchste Laufruhe ist durch die maximale Auflösung von 256 Mikroschritten/Vollschritt gewährleistet. Zur Rückmeldung kann sowohl ein Inkremental-Encoder als auch ein SSI Absolutwert-Geber verwendet werden. Zum Steuern externer Komponenten sind zahlreiche Ein- und Ausgänge vorhanden.
