Die neue Fast-Ethernet-Schnittstellenkarte F211 von MEN Mikro Elektronik ist speziell für Anwendungen in rauer und mobiler Umgebung geeignet. Sie ist für den Temperaturbereich -40 bis +85 °C qualifiziert und gegen Feuchte und Staub lackierbar. Langzeitverfügbarkeit bis mindestens 2012 und RoHS-Konformität garantieren dem Anwender Zukunftssicherheit für sein Projekt.

F211 – Ethernet industriell und mobil

Die F211 ist ein CompactPCI-Netzwerk-Controller im Einfacheuropaformat und benötigt nur einen Steckplatz am CompactPCI-Bus. Sie ist mit 4 Voll- bzw. Halbduplex-Kanälen ausgestattet und unterstützt 10Base-T und 100Base-TX. Die Kanäle verfügen über Autonegotiation sowie Kollisions- und Verbindungs-Erkennung mit einer maximalen Datenübertragungsrate von 200 MBit/s pro Kanal.
