Der Vorstand der Medigene AG (FWB: MDG1, Prime Standard, TecDAX) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, die am 10. Juli 2017 von Medigene angekündigte Zahlung im Wert von 2 Mio. EUR für das Erreichen des dritten Meilensteins für die Trianta-Akquisition wie angestrebt durch die Ausgabe von neuen Aktien aus Genehmigtem Kapital im Rahmen einer Sachkapitalerhöhung zu begleichen. Durch die Ausgabe von 182.335 neuen Aktien (rd. 0,8 % des Grundkapitals) an die einbringenden Gesellschafter der Medigene Immunotherapies GmbH (vormals Trianta Immunotherapies GmbH) wird das Grundkapital von 22.118.612,00 EUR auf 22.300.947,00 EUR erhöht.
