Düsseldorf - Veränderungen stehen bei den Mitarbeitern deutscher Unternehmen nicht besonders hoch im Kurs. Wie eine Studie der Strategieberatung Celeron Consulting ergab, sehen 86 Prozent der deutschen Manager in der mangelnden Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter den Hauptgrund für das Scheitern von Veränderungsprojekten und den Misserfolg externer Berater. In Amerika bemängelten das nur 51 Prozent.
