Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der M.A.X. Automation AG haben heute ihre gemeinsame Stellungnahme gemäß § 27 WpÜG zu dem am 1. Dezember 2015 von der Orpheus Capital II GmbH & Co. KG veröffentlichten Pflichtangebot an die Aktionäre der M.A.X. Automation AG beschlossen. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der M.A.X. Automation AG sind der Auffassung, dass der Angebotspreis von EUR 5,30 pro Aktie nicht angemessen ist. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der M.A.X. Automation AG empfehlen den Aktionären der M.A.X. Automation AG daher, das Angebot nicht anzunehmen.
