Die Binect GmbH, 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der börsennotierten Technologie-Holding MAX 21 AG (ISIN: DE000A0D88T9), hat heute die strategische Partnerschaft mit der Deutsche Post AG um drei weitere Jahre bis mindestens Ende 2019 verlängert. Gleichzeitig wurde mit der heute neu getroffenen Vereinbarung das Vergütungsmodell umgestellt: Künftig stehen für Binect nicht mehr Umsätze aus dem Projektgeschäft im Vordergrund, sondern Binect partizipiert fast ausschließlich am über die E-POSTBUSINESS BOX abgewickelten Sendungsvolumen. Aus dieser Umstellung ergeben sich wachsende wiederkehrende Umsätze; dies folgt der Gesamtstrategie der MAX 21 AG.
