Die Firma Manner Sensortelemetrie GmbH hat einen extrem hochauflösenden Drehmomentmessflansch mit 24 Bit Auflösung speziell für Reibleistungsmessungen entwickelt. In einer Zeit, in der die Reibleistungsverluste im Fahrzeugbereich im Fokus stehen, ist dieses Werkzeug von enormen Vorteil. Bei der Schöpfung von Wirkungsgradoptimierungspotenzialen im Promille-Bereich ist ein derartiges Messmittel unerlässlich. Die Drehmomentwerte werden im Messflansch mit einem hochgenauen Messverstärker erfasst und bereits im Rotor mit 24 Bit digitalisiert und anschließend, ohne jeglichen weiteren Genauigkeitsverlust, an den Messrechner übergeben. Die digitalisierten Messwerte können über CAN oder Ethernet an den Rechner übergeben werden.
