Die Idee zu dem Titel kam den Redakteuren des Weiterbildungsverlages bei der Beschäftigung mit Best Practice-Konzepten der Personalarbeit. Auffällig nämlich ist: Wird über Personalarbeit berichtet, stehen meist die Konzerne mit ihren Konzepten im Vordergrund.
