Peter Erichreineke has resigned his seat on the Executive Board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. In an extraordinary meeting the company's Supervisory Board accepted his resignation. Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board appointed Dr Frank Hiller as the new member of the Executive Board for Marketing, Sales & Services with effect from 1st October 2009.
