Herr Prof. Dr. h.c. Karlheinz Hornung hat aus persönlichen Gründen am 27.11.2009 angeboten, sein Vorstandsmandat bei der MAN SE mit Wirkung zum 11.12.2009 niederzulegen.

"Dieser Schritt ist nicht in Zusammenhang mit dem derzeit laufenden Compliance-Verfahren zu sehen", sagte Prof. Hornung. Prof. Hornung gehört dem Vorstand seit Oktober 2004 an.
