MAN Nutzfahrzeuge appoints new Board member for Marketing, Sales & Services

Munich, (PresseBox) - Peter Erichreineke has resigned his seat on the Executive Board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. In an extraordinary meeting the company's Supervisory Board accepted his resignation. Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board appointed Dr Frank Hiller as the new member of the Executive Board for Marketing, Sales & Services with effect from 1st October 2009.

"We respect Peter Erichreineke's decision and thank him for his many years of committed service to MAN," says Anton Weinmann, Chairman of the Executive Board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. "I am certain that in Dr Frank Hiller we have been able to acquire an expert in the industry with whom we will be able to successfully continue our strategy of internationalisation."

Dr Frank Hiller has since 2005 been Chairman of the Managing Board at F.X. MEILLER Fahrzeug- und Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co KG, an international provider of tipper bodies.
