Die IDG Magazine Media GmbH, München, baut das Heftkonzept der erfolgreichen "Macwelt"-Sonderheftreihe "iPod Special" weiter aus: Ab der kommenden Ausgabe 4/2008 (EVT: 20. August) heißt der viermal im Jahr erscheinende Titel "iPod & iPhone Special" und bietet deutlich mehr Inhalte, Tipps & Tricks zu dem Kult-Handy von Appple. "Wir tragen damit der Entwicklung Rechnung, dass sich das iPhone rasant verkauft und neben dem iPod das maßgebliche Lifestyle- und Unterhaltungsmedium der Zukunft sein wird", erklärt "Macwelt"-Chefredakteur Sebastian Hirsch. Der Copy-Preis der rund 100 Seiten starken Extra-Ausgabe beträgt unverändert 7,90 Euro. Die Druckauflage wird von 30.000 Exemplare auf 35.000 Exemplare erhöht.
