Thomson Reuters zeichnet LSI für Innovationen aus

LSI zählt im zweiten Jahr in Folge zu den 100 innovativsten Unternehmen der Welt

Die LSI Corporation (NYSE: LSI) ist von der Nachrichtenagentur Thomson Reuters als einer der "Top 100 Global Innovators" des Jahres 2012 ausgezeichnet worden. Mit dieser Ehrung würdigt Thomson Reuters Unternehmen und Institutionen, die zu den innovativsten Unternehmen der Welt gehören. Die Methodologie, die der Auszeichnung zugrunde liegt, basiert auf vier Hauptkriterien: Gesamtanzahl von Patenten, Erfolgsrate bei der Zuerkennung von Patenten, globale Reichweite des Portfolios und Einfluss der Patente, gemessen anhand der Häufigkeit ihrer Erwähnung. LSI entwickelt Halbleiter und Software, um Speicher und Netzwerke in Rechenzentren und Mobilfunknetzwerken zu beschleunigen.
