Fast ein Drittel der deutschen Arbeitnehmer würde bei einem Jobwechsel auf eine Gehaltserhöhung verzichten, wenn das neue Unternehmen eine starke Arbeitgebermarke ist. Umgekehrt schließen 52 Prozent den Wechsel zu einer schwachen Arbeitgebermarke aus, weitere 21 Prozent würden sich diesen mit einem Gehaltsaufschlag von mindestens 10 Prozent kompensieren lassen. Dies sind Ergebnisse einer Studie* des Business-Netzwerks LinkedIn zum Thema „ROI einer Arbeitgebermarke“, in der über 1.000 deutsche Arbeitnehmer befragt wurden. Im Zusammenhang mit der Studie zeigt LinkedIn auch auf, warum Unternehmen schwache Arbeitgebermarken mit Millionenbeträgen kompensieren müssen.
