Die Linear Technology Corporation präsentiert den LT6001 und den LT6002. Es sind die branchenweit ersten 1,8-V-Dual- und Quad-Operationsverstärker, die in einem winzigen DFN-Gehäuse lieferbar sind. Diese Micropower-Bauteile benötigen lediglich 13 uA pro Verstärker und besitzen hervorragende Performance-Charakteristiken. Die Eingangs-Offsetspannung liegt bei 500 uV maximal bei 25°C bei einer maximalen Drift von 5uV/°C über die Temperatur. Die Ein- und Ausgänge warten mit Rail-to Rail-Betriebsmöglichkeit auf.

Diese Kombination aus niedriger Versorgungsspannung, geringen Stromverbrauch und hervorragenden DC-Spezifikationen in einem winzigen DFN-Gehäuse macht diese Bauteile ideal geeignet für alle Handheld- und batteriebetriebenen Applikationen.
