18. März 2008. Linear Technology präsentiert die MP- (Military Plastic) Version des LTC3414. Der LTC3414 ist ein wirkungsgradstarker 4MHz-Synchron-Abwärtsregler mit Current-Mode-Architektur und konstanter Schaltfrequenz. Der Chip besitzt ein thermisch optimiertes TSSOP-20-Gehäuse und kann Dauer-Ausgangsströme bis zu 4A bei Ausgangsspannungen bis hinab zu 0,8V liefern. Er akzeptiert Eingangsspannungen zwischen 2,25V und 5,5V und ist dadurch eine ideale Lösung sowohl für Einzelzellen-Li-Ion- und NiMH-Anwendungen als auch für allgemeine Anwendungen mit Versorgungsspannungen innerhalb des genannten Bereichs. Die MP-Version ist für den Betriebstemperaturbereich von
-55 C bis 125 C spezifiziert und wird auch über diesen gesamten Temperaturbereich getestet. Die elektrischen Spezifikationen sind identisch mit
