Linde Gas Therapeutics vergibt erneut hoch dotierten Forschungsfonds

Weltweit einzigartiger Forschungsfonds auf dem Gebiet gasförmiger Arzneimittel / Eine Million US-Dollar Fördermittel an acht Forscher vergeben

Die Linde-Geschäftseinheit Linde Gas Therapeutics hat gestern gemeinsam mit dem Karolinska Institut und der Harvard Medical International den mit einer Million US-Dollar dotierten "Gas Enabled Medical Innovations (GEMI) Fund" vergeben. "Mit dem GEMI Fund möchten wir führende Mediziner und Wissenschaftler ermutigen, verstärkt auf dem Gebiet der medizinischen Gase zu forschen", sagte Professor Dr. Wolfgang Reitzle, Vorsitzender des Vorstands der Linde AG, anlässlich der Vergabe der Forschungsgelder. "Auf Basis dieser Forschungsergebnisse werden wir neue diagnostische und therapeutische Lösungen entwickeln, um Patienten weltweit zu helfen."

Die Forschungsgelder des GEMI Fund verteilen sich in diesem Jahr auf folgende acht Wissenschaftler:
