Bei der LIMAK-Jahrestagung im Linzer Bergschlößl diskutierten Expert/innen aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft die Herausforderungen der Arbeitswelt 2.0

In ihrer Keynote identifizierte Organisationspsychologin Prof. Sonja Sackmann PhD vier Megatrends zukünftiger Arbeitswelten, darunter jenen des Wertewandels. "Dieser ergibt sich durch den wechselnden Einfluss von Mitarbeitern der 'Generation X' zu immer mehr Mitarbeitern der 'Generation Y', den sogenannten 'Digital Natives'. Und diese haben meist andere Erwartungen an ihre Arbeitgeber, was Führung und Attraktivität betrifft", so Sackbauer. Für Diskussionsstoff sorgte auch IBM-CIO Thomas Leiner, der davon überzeugt ist, dass das "klassische Büro" vom Aussterben bedroht ist und face-to-face-Kommunikation in komplexen Matrix-Organisationen zunehmend weniger wird. DI Bernd Greifeneder (dynaTrace) entgegnete, dass "Teamführen nicht ausschließlich über Social Media-Kanäle geht."
