LAUTERBACH, der führende Hersteller von Mikroprozessorentwicklungssystemen, bietet nun auch Unterstützung für den DSP-Core StarCore an.

Lauterbach Mikroprozessorentwicklungsystem TRACE32 unterstützt nun auf der Basis des PowerDebug-Moduls die DSP-Core StarCore vom gleichnamigen Systemhaus StarCore LLC. Das System bietet alle Debugmöglichkeiten für eine Standalone-Lösung mit StarCore, sowie auch Multi-Core-Debugging, wenn der StarCore mit einem anderen Core (z.B. ARM etc.) in einem Chip kombiniert ist. Es können natürlich alle OnChip-Trigger- und OnChip-Tracemöglichkeiten des Chips genutzt werden. Die Entwicklung von DSP-spezifischen Code wird mit einer graphischen Darstellung von Variablen und speziellen Kommandos zur Handhabung von großen Arrays unterstützt.
