Die TRACE32-CombiProbe ist eine Kombination aus einem speziellen Debuggerkabel und 128 MByte Tracespeicher. Für den X-GOLDTM 102 besteht die CombiProbe aus :

- einem OCDS Debugger für den C166S V2
- einem program flow real-time Trace für den C166S V2 (MCDS)
- und einem JTAG Debugger für den TeakLite DSP

Die TRACE32-PowerView Benutzeroberfläche ermöglicht ein komfortables Debugging auf C oder C++ -Ebene
