Latham & Watkins LLP hat das Joint Venture aus einem Fonds von Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) und dem Hamburger Asset Manager REDOS Real Estate beim Erwerb des Einzelhandelsportfolios "Christie" beraten. Ein Schwerpunkt der Beratung lag dabei neben den immobilienwirtschaftsrechtlichen Aspekten auf der Finanzierung des komplexen In-vestments. Finanzierende Bank ist die HSH Nordbank, welche das Akquisitionsdarlehen in Höhe von € 270 Millionen alleine arrangiert hat. Das Portfolio umfasst Einkaufszentren im Raum Berlin und Dresden (Kaufpark Eiche in Ahrensfelde, Havel-Park in Dallgow-Döberitz, Kaufpark Dresden, Ein-kaufszentrum Wust). Die vier hybriden Center verfügen insgesamt über 214.000 Quadratmeter ver-mietbarer Fläche an den jeweiligen Vhapkviefn.
