Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Latham & Watkins LLP berät unter der Federführung von Dr. Kilian Helmreich (Partner, Corporate/M&A, München) und Frank Grell (Partner, Restructuring, Hamburg) eine Investorengruppe aus deutschen Familienunternehmern und ehemaligen Apple- und Bang & Olufsen-Managern beim Erwerb wesentlicher Vermögenswerte der Loewe AG sowie ihres Tochterunternehmens Loewe Opta GmbH. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
