Auf der internationalen Fachmesse Euromold präsentiert das Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) lasergestützte Verfahren zur Mikrostrukturierung und Makrobearbeitung - nicht nur für den Werkzeug- und Formenbau

- Schädigungsfreies Laserstrukturieren: Mikrostrukturierung beliebiger Werkstoffe und Nachbearbeitung mit einem Auflösungsvermögen von weniger als 10 µm in unterschiedlichen Disziplinen wie Schneiden, Bohren und Abtragen von Freiformflächen.
- Mikro-Stereolithographie (µ-SL): "Rapid"-Fertigung von Mikrobauteilen mit Hinterschneidungen und mechanischen Funktionen – montagefrei aus einem Guss
- Mikrofügen: Lotfreies Fügen von elektronischen Komponenten auf flexiblen Schaltungsträgern
- Laserstabilisiertes Lichtbogenschweißen: Verbesserung der Qualität von Schweißnähten durch aktive Lichtbogenführung
- Selektive Oberflächenmodifikation: Lokale Manipulation insbesondere der Benetzungsfähigkeit von Polymeren und Keramiken z.B.
